Law Student Internship Application

Over the past decade, Samantha F. Jacobs, PC’s internship program for law students, has built a reputation of excellence. The three-month program attracts law students, postgraduate legal interns, and others who enjoy combining a challenging legal internship with the excitement of a fast-paced working environment. The program is designed primarily to give law students firsthand experience with a Georgia law practice as part of their preparation for professional practice upon passing the bar.

The participants in our program are mentored by Samantha F. Jacobs and other experienced professionals and are included in a wide range of interesting activities. These activities typically include projects that present an inside view of the work of a Georgia law firm, attendance at court hearings, involvement in transactional work, and firm events.

Due to logistical concerns, a timely application is recommended. It should be addressed to the attorneys in charge of the program:

  • The application should include at least the following: 
  • A resume or curriculum vitae 
  • One or more letters of recommendation 
  • Copies of credentials from universities and / or other educational programs attended
